Uranium One Mining

CSEUUUOTCUUUFF

Uranium One Mining is a British Columbia company renamed from Vanguard Mining effective April 27, 2026, with a lineage running back through Recharge Resources, Le Mare Gold, Southern Lithium and Signal Exploration [2][4]. It is not the historic Uranium One enterprise. The company holds uranium-oriented exploration properties including Nucleon, Quark and Yuty Prometeo alongside the earlier Brussels Creek and Pinchi Lake projects, none with a current compliant resource [2]. Its distinction in this edition is balance-sheet: June 30 working capital of C$3.52 million covers more than half the current market capitalization [2][10]. Shares trade on the CSE as UUU and in the U.S. as UUUFF [1].

Primary assets & business

  • Nucleon Uranium: C$1.56 million capitalized carrying value at June 30, 2026 [2]
  • Quark Uranium: acquired April 2026 for 2,285,714 post-consolidation shares (C$1.08 million fair value) plus C$200,001 cash [2][6]
  • Yuty Prometeo: C$2.21 million capitalized carrying value at June 30, 2026 [2]
  • Brussels Creek and Pinchi Lake: earlier-stage properties carried at C$1.18 million and C$0.56 million [2]
  • Proposed: Foghorn (BC) and Pasfield Lake (Saskatchewan) via acquisition of 1583644 B.C. Ltd. for 27.06 million shares, not closed at the research date [7]

What has to happen next

  • Next quarterly filing: whether the June cash balance remains substantial and whether technical spending rises relative to market awareness [2][3]
  • 1583644 B.C. closing: final property package, title, royalties, technical report and whether the 27.06 million consideration shares are issued [7]
  • Current assays, geophysics and drill targets at Nucleon, Quark or Yuty tied to verified property interests [8]
  • May 2027: 10,028,002 financing warrants at C$0.50 expire; a successful rerating could make them roughly C$5 million of financing proceeds [2][5]

Valuation context

At the October 8 snapshot of C$0.165, 40.25 million basic shares imply a market capitalization of about C$6.64 million [1][10]. June working capital of C$3.52 million covers roughly 53% of that; a cash-adjusted proxy values the exploration portfolio and shell at roughly C$3.8 million. Book exploration costs of C$6.8 million cannot be added to cash and called NAV. The thesis holds only while cash burn is controlled and the proposed 27-million-share acquisition does not close without commensurate technical value.

Key risks

  • Cash burn: C$2.551 million of operating cash used in the first half of 2026 [2]
  • Spending mix skewed to market awareness (C$814,111) and consulting (C$637,924) over expensed exploration (C$62,378) [3]
  • Proposed acquisition would increase basic shares roughly 67% for unproven properties [7]
  • No current compliant uranium resource; May 2026 clarification retracted or qualified earlier technical claims [8]
  • Related-party history: the Redonda sale to Copper One was disclosed as an MI 61-101 related-party transaction [9]
