Celestica lifts its 2026 revenue outlook to US$20.5 billion after a 62% quarter

Second-quarter revenue of US$4,698.6 million and adjusted EPS of US$2.54 both beat the top of April's guidance; three customers supplied 32%, 17% and 14% of revenue, and the company says 2027 growth will accelerate.

Celestica reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of US$4,698.6 million, up 62% from US$2,893.4 million a year earlier, with adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) of US$2.54 against US$1.39 and GAAP EPS of US$3.17; both revenue and adjusted EPS came in above the US$4.15–4.45 billion and US$2.14–2.34 ranges guided in April [1][3]. The Connectivity & Cloud Solutions segment grew 84% to US$3,810.0 million, with Communications up 62% and Enterprise up 167%, and Hardware Platform Solutions revenue was about US$1,900.0 million, up 58% [1][2].

The outlook moved with it. The 2026 revenue outlook rose to US$20.5 billion from US$19.0 billion, adjusted EPS to US$11.30 from US$10.15, and free cash flow to US$600 million from US$500 million, which the company attributes to stronger expected third-quarter demand and better visibility for the rest of the year; third-quarter guidance is US$5,250–5,550 million of revenue and US$2.88–3.08 of adjusted EPS, and management now expects 2027 revenue growth to accelerate beyond the 65% anticipated for 2026 [1]. Cash from operations was US$410.9 million against capital spending of US$263.8 million; cash was US$535.7 million and total debt US$810.4 million at June 30 [1].

The 10-Q is where a U.S. reader should spend the time: three customers, all in CCS, took 32%, 17% and 14% of the quarter's revenue, and there is no backlog figure to set against the outlook [2]. The growth is real and the concentration is the price of it.
